Sarah Croft Physiotherapist

Sarah was born and raised in Guelph and graduated with honours in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph. During her time at Guelph she worked as a student athletic therapist with the men’s varsity soccer team and volunteered her time with Kids Ability. Following her degree, Sarah became a certified Kinesiologist. She then took some time to travel Europe prior to attaining her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Queen’s University.Sarah developed a passion for physiotherapy while being treated for numerous injuries sustained while playing soccer and field hockey. She continues to play soccer recreationally and enjoys training for half marathons and triathlons.
Sarah is currently working on completing her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy. Her inspiration as a physiotherapist is the desire to discover the biomechanical, anatomical and physiological reasoning behind a person’s pain and most importantly, to improve her patient’s quality of life. She works to achieve this through the application of myofascial release, spinal and peripheral mobilizations, treatment modalities, active re-training of muscle imbalances and patient education.
